This website started as a simple place to share my photography, and gradually became a personal portfolio.

I built it myself and have kept changing it over the years as both my photography and my ideas about the site evolved. It now brings together my photos, personal projects and a few things about me outside of work.

The technical side has changed quite a bit along the way too. What matters to me is keeping the site simple, fast and focused on the content rather than on the website itself.

News Digest

La Vigie is a personal project born from a fairly simple problem: I wanted to keep following the news without spending my time scrolling through it.

It collects articles from a broad selection of RSS feeds, groups them by topic and is intended to produce short, sourced summaries of what actually matters. When several outlets cover the same story, the goal is to bring their reporting together rather than simply showing the same news several times.

The project is also an excuse to experiment with news aggregation, automated summarisation and source comparison while building something I genuinely want to use every day.
